the sweet lady that we bought our house from left us several huge pots of basil. i made pesto this afternoon and we made shrimp pesto pizza tonight with fresh mozzarella. so good.

and last is this lip color. we were at a wedding yesterday afternoon and one of my best friends, mhm(t), whipped this l'oreal lipstick out of her purse. i had already noticed the color she was wearing and loved it. i grabbed the tube and just about died when i saw the name. mica. we wore it in high school! it was the best shade ever and i cannot believe they still make it. of course, i got one today. am wondering if my sister remembers it???
