solitaire

this discovery started with a blouse that my friend and i were hunting/stalking. we had seen it on one of our favorite blogs and the story is too long to explain. what matters is the end result of her locating said blouse at steinmart. she found hers in florida and i had mine sent from florida. like i said, a long and admittingly embarrassing story.

however, i have now been clued in to this brand and have found several at our tj maxx lately. i think it is one of those lines they create for stores like tj maxx, steinmart, etc. but this summer they have had some of the greatest blouses. they do not look like a tj maxx brand of clothing. here are a few that i have spotted. each of these retails for the low, low price of $19.99 which is a steal considering that they look much nicer. the line is called solitaire.

do not typically go for this color but it was so pretty in person and the crochet work is really nice. and i saw it on another girl's blog this morning in white!

this one is soooo pretty and airy.

and this one has great embroidery too.

and another discovery today at walgreens. i always seem to find something when i am waiting to pick up a prescription. this lipgloss is a winner though. l'oreal infallible in petal. and it stays on! (looks perfect over the mica lipstick.)

and by the way, the humidity is 73% in rome tonight.
